Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10–12 business days.

Used or Opened Products

If your product has been opened or lightly used and you’re not satisfied:

  • You may be eligible for a replacement or store credit

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Return Guidelines

Non-Returnable Items

Returned to Sender Orders

If your order is returned due to:

You will be issued store credit minus original shipping costs.
